TM Steel sp. z o.o. company is on the market since 1992. In the beginning, its activity centered on the exporting of Polish high quality steels, and in particular, forgings from tool steels and on supplying of ferroalloys. Somewhat later, selling of steel scrap was also commenced to Polish steel plants.

In the years 2000-2004 the firm recorded a rise in the volume of sales that was one of the most dynamic in the country, for which it was awarded, four times, with „Gazelle of the Polish Business trophy.

In the period 2005-2008, the firm stabilized its position and it invested the acquired financial resources in its development, i.a. through the acquisition of industrial real estate property in Warsaw, Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Golub Dobrzyń, and of late, in Sosnowiec. The purchase of this real estate property has become the basis for the devising of a corporate network, which serves to complement the company image of TM Steel Sp. z o.o. making out of it a developed and well organized multi-plant structure, focused on comprehensive performance on the Polish market, as well as abroad.

The basic corporate activity was complemented in the year 2006 by services in the scope of design work, execution, and installation of steel made structures. This activity, as a firm complement of the TM Steel Sp. z o.o. offer performed by the Zakład Konstrukcyjno-Montażowy acting as part of the TM Steel Sp. z o.o., has assumed sufficiently well organized and professional character for it to become independent on the market. For this reason, the beginning of the year 2008 saw the outsourcing of the TM Constructions Sp. z o.o., in which TM STEEL is the majority shareholder.

The monitoring of the market led to a conclusion that the sales of steel plant manufactures as component of construction sector goods, in general, may, in combination with multiplant structure of the firm and its mission, enable for the development of yet another direction of growth. Thus, in the year 2008, TM STEEL Sp. z o.o. extended its offer by wholesale and retail supplies of construction materials.

In order to consolidate this activity range and to provide it an appropriate degree of professionalism, TM STEEL Sp. z o.o. entered into a partnership with the PSB S.A. Group and it acquired its shareholding, thus, becoming partner in the biggest in Poland network of construction materials suppliers.
 

Since February, 2009, TM steel is exclusive distributor of Drutpol company products.
